Returning an Order:
Initial Contact: Before returning a product, contact our customer care team to request a return.
Order Information: Include your order number and details about the item and reason for return.
Packing Instructions: Securely pack the item. Include the invoice or packing slip, or write your order number and name on a separate paper.
Shipping: Return shipping labels are not provided. Obtain the returns address from customer care and get a proof of postage receipt when you send the item.
Promotional Items: If returning an order that included a free gift, the gift must also be returned to process the refund. Keeping the gift will result in its value being deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Eligible Returns: Empty product containers, returns after 60 days, and items purchased through resellers are not accepted.
